submitted by  - |Recommended: NoId rather have peace IN MY HOME then the luxury amenities. Hey maybe i can get some sleep and peace down in the community room. I just want to crawl up with a blanket in the little nursey room they have because i cant enjoy my home.Property management fail you when you complain about nuisance and disruptive behavior that affects your living and quiet enjoyment of your home

submitted by Sergio P. - |Recommended: YesMontville Modera — Living here is fine. The most annoying part is the random fire alarms that go off and the lack of parking. A parking pass system was put in place but I feel as it has done nothing to fix the parking issue and many non-residents continue to take parking on the ground level. Otherwise, I love living here and would recommend it to someone else.

We also wanted you to know since our vendor made repairs back on 1.13 we have not had any issues with the alarms sounding. submitted by Anonymous - |Recommended: NoFirst and foremost I live on the 5th floor it be nice if on Saturdays and Sundays they wouldn’t bar adults with kids banging inside game room or pool hall area wish they lock the game room past 10 00pm people, abuse this area and at least once every two weeks people are banging, and there’s huge groups of kids, slamming the balls in the bowling area of the game room I can hear it all in my vents the adults accommodating them look externally ghetto and smell strong of weed This place is suppose to be dog and family friendly but you have some people that look like they came out of Paterson This is montville Pinebrook not weed Paterson. Please Managnent fix this issue lock the access to game room up to 10 00pm on Saturday or Sundays because it is like 11 30pm maybe 1 00 am with really bad noises from kids who are abusing the noise and area Secondly the alarms are crazy. Lastly someone in handicap shouldn’t. Park there with out placards or plates And what’s with the alarms find

We will be reviewing the cameras to see if we can figure out which apartment the kids are living to discuss with their parents so we can hold them responsible. We also recommend if and when you do see or hear any kids in the amenities after hours without adult supervision to email management so we can send someone in the amenity areas to check on them. Regarding the alarms, we have addressed the issue on our end and if you can send a picture or email management with the license plate of the illegal parker we will address is right away going forward. I just extended my lease to another 18 months because I appreciate the location, the cleanliness and safety of living here. Of course apartment living comes with some cons, but that is to be expected. Noise can sometimes be a factor, and some smells wafting in the hallways but these are realistic issues and out of your control as a tenant. Christian in maintenance is just a doll so eager to offer help and always with a smile on his face. Everyone from front office staff to maintenance are superb. Overall, this is a great community.

My application was approved on June 3rd, but due to personal reasons, we decided not to proceed with the lease. On June 5th, we informed the Modera team of our decision and requested the cancellation of the application along with a refund of the associated fees. However, our request was declined. The team claimed that we were informed about the non-refundable policy during the apartment tour, but to the best of my recollection, this was never communicated to me.

Dislike the complaints about my move in noise complaints the day after my move in day…literally putting things away and getting organized. This is a shared space and other need to be mindful of those living in a diverse SHARED community.
