|Recommended: YesPeaceful, Beautiful, and Convenient Living — I’ve only been living here for about 10 days, but so far, I’m loving every bit of it. The moving process was smooth, and the leasing office was super helpful with answering my questions and accommodating my unique situation of adding someone to the lease later on. I’m really grateful for that flexibility.
The apartment itself is just amazing It’s spacious, quiet, and has a beautiful view of greenery right outside the windows. I hear birds singing all the time, and I’ve even spotted bunnies and deer running around.
One of my main concerns before moving in was noise, as the walls seemed thin. But after 10 days, I have zero complaints. It’s been incredibly peaceful, and I haven’t heard a peep from any neighbors. Not sure if anyone lives directly around me, but I’m definitely enjoying the quiet
I’ve had the chance to try out most of the amenities except the gym , and they’re all great. My partner and I had a blast last Friday night hanging out in the game room and playing some billiards. The roof offers a beautiful view, though as a short person, I have to make a little extra effort to fully enjoy it haha .
The neighbors I’ve met so far have been super friendly, and I love seeing such a diverse community here. The area itself is really convenient—everything I need, like stores and restaurants, is just a 10-15 minute drive away. My only gripe not Modera’s fault is the sidewalks around here. As someone new to New Jersey, it’s been tough adjusting to sidewalks that randomly end, forcing you to walk on the road.
Overall, the amenities and common areas are kept very clean. The Happy to Deliver service has been very convenient, especially since my apartment is a bit far from the delivery room. Plus, any small maintenance requests I had when moving in were addressed within days, which I really appreciated.
I know it’s only been a couple of weeks, but I’m truly happy with my decision to make Modera my home. The experience has been great so far, and I’d definitely recommend it to friends and family

From our initial tour of the community back in March to when we moved in in July, the entire team has been fantastic in answering all of our questions and helping out in anyway possible. Caitlin was an instrumental reason why we chose to live at Modera Montville. After our initial tour, Caitlin spent over an hour with us talking about the surrounding area and the complex. He was able to walk us through every important detail and assist us when needed. The amenities that I have had the chance to try have been satisfactory. The gym and arcade room are incredible. |Recommended: YesAmazing — I have lived in many Apartment buildings and by far this stands out. It's a new complex and they are working on the kinks in the technology. The cost of living here is also a bit pricey but overall when you consider the offerings from a full service Gym to Parking either in the garage or street which is not really a street but a parking lot to the club room community room office spaces for privacy and work dog walk path in the back and front of the building a nice entry lounge you feel the luxury around you. Truly Amazing to be living here and most importantly the peace

|Recommended: YesOff to a good start — I recently started my lease at Modera Montville and the overall leasing process exceeded my expectations James, the leasing manager helped me understand the leasing process end-to-end. I have rented apartments in the past staffed with entire teams and he outperformed them in terms of overall service The buildings are immaculate, and the current rental incentives are easily among the best in the area. I look forward to seeing how things evolve over time once the apartments are fully leased with residents.
